How do I book a treat for my home or business?

Do I need to provide any of the needed equipment or supplies?
No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience. However, if you have a specialty product that you would like used on special countertops or tables in your home, please let us.
Should I Tip?
It is customary to tip and most people do but it is not a requirement. We will provide excellent service, either way. Treaters keep 100% of their tips.
Am I protected from something being damaged?
Of course! Please file a claim with the support team providing proof. All claims must be filed within 48 hours of the appointment in order to be eligible for full reimbursement. Also, please note that all Treaters are trained to work in a way that is safe and efficient at all times.
Can my Treater move or lift furniture?
Unfortunately, due to liability restrictions, our staff members are NOT allowed to move or lift any furniture that can not be easily moved with one hand.
I have a unique space to clean, how can I get a quote?

Free parking is NOT available where I live. Is this added to the cost of my cleaning?
Yes, in instances where we are required to pay for parking, this fee is added to the total for your cleaning.
